Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will be asked to secure you appointment(s) with a credit card. You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance. Booking of an appointment is acknowledgment of these terms. While we try to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee an extension of scheduled service time.
